1. Create a design you’ll love to call home

Talk to your builder and our affiliated building designers and architects. Let them help you choose from a wide range of beautiful options. Take advantage of the Bayside lifestyle and create a house design that's right for you.

2. Find out the costs

Once your plans have been finalised, let us provide you with costing options to suit your budget.

3. Home building agreement

Your builder will ask you to sign the home building agreement, detailing drawings, energy reports, council requirements and fees to be paid.

4. Development applications and council approval

KM Construction makes development applications as stress-free as possible. Your builder will help facilitate the process by advising you, liaising with council and providing all the relevant information.

5. build your new home

Once you have all the relevant approvals you will receive an “Authority to commence construction”. Your builder will then commence your new home.

6. keys to your door

The most exciting time of all – completion. Your home is firstly cleaned ready for your inspection with your builder. Then your builder will present the keys to your new home.
